Our services
take pride in everything you do

So many households are privileged to have among them the help of dedicated and caring home or ‘domestic’ helpers. Often these hard workers have little or no training and instead rely on the directions and training given by the head of the household. At Refined Hospitality Services we offer a specialised course, conducted once per week for a period of four weeks, to enhance and develop the skills and knowledge of home helpers.
Our course includes
Introductions, theory, explanations and discussions in a classroom setting.
Practical hands on training to reinforce learnings.
Take away notes and on line references.
Provision of lunch and snacks with each session.
Follow up and post course assessments.
