A typical scope includes assessment of problem or under performing areas, recommendations and practical solutions to address these according to industry standards and practice, training and development programme recommendations, regular reporting throughout the process, inclusion of photographic and digital reports.

RHS manages short term rental accommodation in Merville, Paranaque City, a short 15 – 20 minute taxi ride from NAIA. We offer domestic cleaning services to condominium owners in Metro Manila. Our expertise is also available to up-skill and enhance the abilities of domestic home helpers by way of a short course programme that is more detailed than training courses currently available through TESDA. These courses are conducted at our Merville branch in Paranaque City.

The owner and principle director has experience working across all fields within five star international hotels and resorts, including hotel pre-openings and project management. He has also worked on restaurant concepts and re developments. The RHS team also includes specialists in social media management, CRM and virtual administration.

Refined Hospitality Services will sign a non disclosure agreement with the client, the terms of which are to be mutually agreed.

For a standard project we request an up front deposit of 20% on signing of the agreement, a progress payment of 30% at a pre-agreed stage during the course of the project and a final payment of 50% on presentation of final report.
